My Account Features
With the new My Account, you can:
- View and pay your bill from the device of your choice, including your mobile phone.
- Find the mobile app by visiting either the Android Google Play Store or the iOS App Store (iphone/ipad) and searching for "Liberty My Account."
- Choose your account notification preferences – email or text message – and when you want to receive them.
- Sign up for Paperless which allows you to view and pay your bills securely online.
- Set up and manage automatic payments so you’ll never miss a payment.
- View your usage with easy-to-read graphs, helping you better control your usage and save on your next bill.
