The Home Energy Assessment takes a holistic approach to saving energy in your home by having an Energy Specialist visit your home at no cost to assess your home’s current energy use and provide a personalized report of energy-saving recommendations for your home, and will help you develop a plan to make your home more efficient.

We offer additional resources to help those who are eligible make energy-saving upgrades. See if you qualify for these offers to upgrade your 1-4 unit home, improve your family’s comfort, and lower your monthly energy bills. Two income-based programs are avaliable.
Apply for a 0% loan to help you make qualified energy efficient home improvements with the Mass Save® HEAT Loan Program. You could qualify for a loan up to $25,000 with terms up to 7 years, depending on the loan provider.
