New Customer Experience

We have introduced new options and tools to help improve your experience with Liberty.

Included in these changes is a new Liberty My Account web portal and an app for your mobile device!
These platforms provides easy online access to account information and offer new self-service and payment options.

With the new My Account,
you are able to: 

  • View and pay your bill online. 
  • Choose your account notification preferences – email or text message – and when you want to receive them.
  • Sign up for eBill which allows you to view and pay your bills securely online.
  • You will be able to set up automatic payments using your bank account so you’ll never miss a payment.
  • View your usage with easy-to-read graphs, helping you better manage your usage and save on your next bill.

 

We have rolled out new billing and payment processes to help simplify your service with new integrated systems, including:

  • A new, easier-to-read bill – the new bill has an enhanced usage graph and key information is now easier to find. View a sample of our new bill template here.

  • A new one-time payment option – we have changed our payment vendor to offer you lower fees and enhanced service.

  • A new automated phone system – you may notice that the voice and options sound slightly different.

  • More payment options – through our new vendor, we now accept American Express, in addition to Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

NEW! Liberty My Account Mobile App

We are pleased to announce customers can now access account information and pay their bill anytime, anywhere! With this free app, managing your Liberty account has never been easier. Find the app on the Android Google Play Store or the iOS App Store (iphone/ipad).

  • No. You are not required to sign up for My Account to make one time payments online. To sign up for eBill, you will be required to sign up for My Account.

  • The supported web browsers will include:

    • Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari mobile, Chrome mobile – in their current version and the two previous releases.
    • Yes. There will still be fees for one-time payments. However, fees will be reduced from $3.95 to $1.75 per transaction for residential customers and from $9.95 to $7.75 per transaction for commercial customers. These fees go directly to our payment vendor. Liberty does not profit from them.
    • Under our new system residential customers are limited to $600 per transaction and commercial customers will be limited to $1,200 per transaction with a minimum payment of $1 for both. Both residential and commercial customers may make up to eight transactions per 26-day period.
  • Signing up for My Account is easy. Click the button below to be directed to the My Account login page, and then follow the steps outlined in the video below.

  • To find the mobile app, open either the Android Google Play Store or the iOS App Store (iphone/ipad) and search for "Liberty My Account."
