Upcoming Energy Fair to Assist Those Having Difficulty Paying Their Energy Bills
To help customers who are having difficulty paying their energy bills during the ongoing heating season, Liberty - Massachusetts will be participating in an Energy Fair on February 12, 2024.
The Energy Fair, hosted by National Grid, is designed to provide local community members with the opportunity to learn about available options to manage energy bills and ways to reduce energy usage. Attendees will be able to meet with assistance program experts and connect with resources to get the help they need. Liberty customers will also be able to meet with Liberty customer service representatives to learn about special programs available to them, such as an arrearage management program and special payment programs.
“Times are tough for many families and individuals, not just in Massachusetts, but throughout the United States,” said Christine Downing, director of customer experience for Liberty. “We want our customers to know that we are more than your local natural gas provider. We are an organization full of caring individuals who truly just want to help our customers get the most out of their natural gas service without breaking the bank.”
Please join Liberty and other utility providers serving Fall River and surrounding areas, on Monday, February 12 from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. The event is being held at City Hall, located at 1 Government Center in Fall River, MA, in the atrium wing.
We look forward to seeing you there.
