Marketers - please submit the same "Supplier's Multi-Purpose Form" as described above for a change in daily to non-daily service or visa versa. This also includes if there is a change in marketer.
The same advanced notification, listed for enrollment, applies for all changes.
Liberty Utilities must be notified ten (10) business days in advance of the cycle read for the non-daily service and ten (10) business days in advance of the end of the month for the daily read service.
Customers and Marketers will receive confirmation that enrollment has been accepted. This includes a letter to the customer and an email to the marketer confirming the start date.
Daily service customers will receive information regarding telemetering requirements.
